Q: Tell us a bit about your background and what excites you most about your current role.
A: I started my search industry career in 2003 by working with some of the world’s largest consumer brands, focusing on digital, creative, and marketing functions. As time passed, I progressed to lead teams and eventually transitioned into Executive Search.
I have experience building new divisions within existing companies or starting new companies from scratch. As a female leader in a competitive industry, I’ve developed a strong interest and expertise in DEIB, which involves driving change at the highest levels. I love my current role because it combines the best aspects of my career: working with creative, up-and-coming consumer brands, while also making an impact on executive and board leadership decisions and hiring.
Q: What defines an Impactful leader? How do you identify opportunities to collaborate?
A: The most Impactful leaders are those who set a clear vision or goal and who inspire and guide their teams to achieve it.
Impactful leaders lead with confidence, integrity, authenticity, empathy, and empowerment. We have developed a process that enables us to serve as strategic advisors and partners to some of the most effective leaders in the industry.

A: Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with several organizations that were founded by exceptional individuals. I’m always amazed by the unique mindset and Impactful leadership qualities that founders possess.
